Worldwide
Wherever you've decided the day will happen, that's where I show up.
A travel-light model with trusted local production partners — the Dolomites, Cabo, Tulum, or wherever the day is happening. Conversational Spanish opens up Central and South America without a translator in the room. A short flight from anywhere on the Eastern Seaboard.
The Logistics
I travel with the essentials and partner with vetted local AV and production vendors for everything that's better sourced in-country. This keeps your overall production cost honest and ensures the gear is climate-appropriate, voltage-correct, and legally compliant. Vendor partnerships are pre-arranged before contracts are signed — you're never paying for a DJ who shows up and then panics about a power adapter.
Pre-trip coordination happens entirely via the same private portal as a local wedding. Time zones, language barriers, customs documentation — my problems. The intake feels identical regardless of where the day is happening.

Dolomiti
The wedding that started the destination chapter.
An Italian-American Dolomites wedding. Three days of ceremony, cocktails, dinner, dancing across two cultures and three languages. Pre-ceremony Italian crooners and gentle jazz, cocktail hour built around Italian-American crowd-pleasers (Modugno's Volare, Mambo Italiano, Tu Vuò Fà L'Americano), dinner in deep-Italy mode (Caruso, Cinema Paradiso, Bocelli), reception that pivoted to tech house and modern dance for a crowd ready to move. Local production partner handled all gear; I handled all music and all direction. The couple did nothing on the day but enjoy.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to find a DJ whose taste lines up with yours. You can feel it come through in the mixes, and it sets the vibe for the entire night.
An American couple, an Italian wedding, a DJ flown in to close the gap.
Local DJs near the venue were solid, but taste kept getting lost in translation — the couple's range ran from house and EDM to country, alternative, indie, and punk, and they wanted someone who wouldn't need convincing. So they looked toward Pittsburgh instead. What followed: full ceremony mic work, both aisle songs looped without a seam, a first dance closed on a single exchanged glance, and every dinner speech coordinated down to the mic handoff — for a couple who hadn't fully planned that part themselves.
