This policy explains what information djwillionaire.com ("this site," "we," "us") collects from visitors, how it's used, and who it's shared with. This site is operated by DJ Willionaire, a Pittsburgh-based wedding DJ and reception director serving weddings worldwide.

Information we collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit the inquiry form on the Contact page, we collect whatever you provide — names, email address, wedding date, venue or city, and details about your music preferences. This information is processed and stored by our form provider, Formspree, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site (search, direct, referral, social), general location (derived from IP address), and device/browser type. This data is aggregated and anonymized by Google's standard analytics tools; we don't use it to identify individual visitors.

Email address. If you email us directly at link@djwillionaire.com, we retain that correspondence in our inbox like any normal business email.

Third-party services

This site relies on a handful of third-party services to operate:

Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log the requesting IP address as part of standard web server behavior. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. We don't use advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings at any time; doing so won't affect your ability to browse or use the contact form.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our Formspree account and our email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries and maintain business records, unless you request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted through the contact form by emailing link@djwillionaire.com. If you're located in the EU/UK or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA respectively — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
